Everyone has his own dream and dif- ferent people have different dreams. I want to be an English translator and speak flu- ent English like a foreigner. There are two reasons for this dream.
Firstly， English is my favorite of all subjects. By learning it， I know about many famous Western people and Westernhistory . In addition， I learn there aremany differences between Chinese and Western cultures， which are helpful to my English study.
Secondly， it’s well-known that English is be- coming more and more important in many areas . For example， it‘s widely used in in- ternational business. If our country wants to make greater development， we should communicate with other countries all over the world. As a world language， English plays a key role.
As we know ， Rome was not built in a day . Though it’s hard to master English， I‘ll stick to my choice. Nothing in the world isimpossible if you put your heart into it.
From now on， I’ll study English harder and practise speaking English as much as possible. There is a saying that where there is a will ， there is a way.
My dream will come true sooner or later because I have enough confidence in my- self ！ Confidence is the first step on the road to success！
