Everyone has special memories of the early years of school. And the memories can be good or bad. One of my most unfor- gettable memories is one of my teachers， who often beat us. I was so scared of him that I didn‘t want to go to school any more. But since then my school life has been go-ing well.
Growing and learning of course are what school is all about. Among my more pleas- ant memories are the school picnics we went to every year. My friends and I would talk about all kinds of things， and play games together. In Grade 8 I won prizes in drawing and another school competition. We also had a lot of homework. I was inter- ested in cricket， and my friends and I played cricket on the sports field after school， but sometimes were scolded by our headmaster， because we would forget the time， and the school gate would be closed when we left. And later we graduated fromjunior middle school， and said goodbye toour classmates.
Whenever I think of my school life， I feel very happy. School is a big part of what forms us all， and the place where we learn to care and share.”School“is not only a place， but in fact it is a house made up of rules， learning and love. I think school plays an important part in anyone being successful. When I think of my school， I think of three S： Small， Sweet and Simple. To me it was the best， is the best， and will always be the best.
