It should be as brief as possible when you make a selfintroduction.If you are a total stranger,it can help if you add some brief information about yourself.The person or people you are addressing will usually respond appropriately by saying “Hello/Hi”and then introductions and questions will invariably follow.Establishing business relations is the first step in a transaction in foreign trade.The development and expansion of a business depends on customers.No transactions can be concluded until contacts have been made between two or more companies.
